Assistant Manager - Accounting & Finance

Responsibilities:

* This position will play role as Accounting Department Head in Factory and responsible for:
* Prepare and analyze monthly report, such as: COGM/COGS Report, Balance Sheet & Profit and loss
* Coordinate budget preparation and control all factory expenditure to be in line with budget
* Spread up internal control paradigm to all department
* Safe guard company assets through excellent fixed asset management and validate all expenditure
* Coordinate Cost Reduction Program and other cross department project within the factory.

Requirements:

* Graduate from Acc Department from reputable University, with minimum GPA 2.95
* Having minimum 8 years relevant working experience from MNC, preferable in FMCG or Public Accountant Firm, with max age 35 years old
* Having hands on knowledge to prepare and analyze monthly report package, such as COGM/COGS Report, Profit & Loss Report and Balance Sheet
* Having good knowledge in an ERP system
* Enjoy working in manufacturing environment
* Having teamwork, meet deadline and target accomplish attitude
* Willing to be placed and relocated at Kejayan Factory, East Java .

Our client, an Authorized Automotive Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for skilled and experienced auto mechanic, auto painter, auto electrician, auto denter :



1. Auto Technicians :

1. must be able to read and write English very well
2. must be technical or poly technical college graduate
3. hands on experience with leading automotive companies not less than 5 – 10 years
4. must be able to read and follow service manuals
5. must be able to repair : diagnos & repair EFI System, engine overhauling, diagnose and repair automatic transmission (gearbox)



2. Auto Denters :
1. skilled in denting using washer welder (basic, multi)
2. ability to use chassis aligner (different level up to measurements)
3. extra skills as using multi spot welding, and or plazma cutting



3. Auto Painters:
1. basic preparation based on dry sanding techniques
2. apply paint base
3. apply top coat
4. has mixing skills using any of paint mixing machines (ICI, SIKKINESS, etc.)
5. can diagnose & repair final coat defects
6. can perform the spot repairs
7. can perform plastic paint / repairs
